What exactly is coaching?
Coaching is a supportive process that helps people achieve their personal and professional goals, become more self-aware, and live more self-determined lives overall. Questions are asked and discussed together to encourage self-reflection and enable the development of individual solutions. The approach includes analyzing the initial situation, developing strategies, identifying potential, and promoting independence in order to overcome challenges.

And systemic coaching?
Systemic simply refers to “everything being connected to everything else,” i.e., everything interacting with everything else. When someone changes, it also changes relationships, the environment, and the surrounding world. This broader perspective creates greater awareness, reveals possible courses of action, and makes this recognized method so effective.
